This website is operated by Osiris Incontinence Undergarments ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By placing an order with Osiris Incontinence Undergarments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, including our Final Sale / No Return Policy.

2. Health & Hygiene Policy: Final Sale

Due to strict public health, hygiene, and sanitary regulations governing intimate apparel and incontinence undergarments, all sales are final once an item has been processed and shipped.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for items that have been delivered, opened, or tried on.

  • Sizing Responsibility: Sizing information and measurement guides provided on our website are for guidance purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizing measurements carefully prior to completing a purchase. Incorrect size selection does not qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Defective or Damaged Goods: Exceptions are made solely for manufacturing defects, damaged shipments, or incorrect items sent by our error. Please refer to Section 7 for damaged/defective procedures.

3. General Conditions & Online Store Rules

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (19 years of age in British Columbia).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we suspect a fraudulent order.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Products & Health Information Disclaimer

  • Not Medical Advice: The information provided on this website—including product descriptions, absorbency levels, and sizing guides—is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our products are non-prescription hygiene garments.

  • Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colors, materials, and features of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor or device display settings.

5. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us (e.g., orders that appear to be placed by unauthorized dealers or distributors). In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Osiris Incontinence Undergarments is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Timelines: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, we are not liable for transit delays caused by postal couriers or weather events.

  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery will not be re-shipped or refunded.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Under British Columbia law, you are entitled to a resolution if an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You must inspect your package upon delivery and contact us at shop@osirriscare.ca within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged or defective.

  • You must provide order details and photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Unsolicited items mailed back to our facility without prior written approval will be destroyed for health reasons and will not be refunded.

8. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders 

If you enroll in a recurring subscription service for undergarment deliveries:

  • You authorize Osiris Incontinence Undergarments to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen schedule.

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle date through your customer portal or by contacting customer support. Once a subscription order has been processed and billed, that specific order cannot be canceled or refunded.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in British Columbia and Canada, Osiris Incontinence Undergarments, its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be brought before the courts located in British Columbia.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website.
