Thank you for shopping at Osiris Incontinence Undergarments. We understand the importance of receiving your personal care essentials quickly and discreetly. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Discreet Packaging & Order Processing

  • Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers. There are no brand logos or product descriptions on the outside of the package to protect your privacy.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has dispatched.

2. Local Delivery ($10 Flat Rate)

We are pleased to offer a convenient $10 Local Delivery option for our customers located in the Lower Mainland in British Columbia.

  • Eligibility: Available for delivery addresses located within a 45 KM radius of our fulfillment center.

  • At Checkout: If your postal code falls within our local delivery zone, the $10 Local Delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.

  • Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days of order placement.

  • Delivery Instructions: Please provide any necessary access codes, gate instructions, or drop-off preferences (e.g., "leave at front porch") in the order notes at checkout.

3. Canada Shipping

For orders across British Columbia and the rest of Canada outside our local delivery zone, we ship using trusted national carriers including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and Purolator.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 7 business days (depending on destination).

  • Express Shipping: Options available at checkout for expedited transit times.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination postal code.

4. United States Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states via major carrier networks, including UPS, FedEx, Canada Post / USPS, and Purolator.

  • Standard Cross-Border Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4 to 9 business days. PLEASE NOTE: customs can cause delay in delivery times.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or broker fees levied by US Customs once the shipment reaches its destination. Osiris Incontinence Undergarments is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking Your Package: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier link.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

  • Stolen or Missing Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your property and with household members before reaching out to customer support at [Insert Support Email].
